"Climatex" Interlocking Blocks are High-Quality Sustainable Building Material made from compressing the right mix of Soil and Cement at high pressure. Climatex Interlocking Blocks are Earth Blocks and are also referred to as Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks (‘CSEB’) or Compressed Earth Blocks (‘CEB’) or Compressed Soil Mud Blocks (‘CSMB’).

How are Climatex Interlocking Blocks fixed?

These Interlocking Blocks have a tongue-and-groove profile on 4-faces of the block that helps auto-fix the blocks thereby enhancing structural stability and reducing the requirement of mortar or slurry. The walls made up through this technique hardly require cement plaster as the pre-pointed straight masonry and face brick finish renders an elegant and attractive look.

Each brick is constructively designed to lock itself to the other brick without the use of mortar. The self-locking is achieved using shear key and lock mechanism making this a better alternative to standard brick-mortar construction technique.
